What happens if I don't claim my profile?
Your profile still exists and ranks in search. But unclaimed profiles can't receive leads, can't be edited, and show a 'Claim This Profile' banner. Competitors who do claim theirs will rank above you and capture the leads your profile generates.
How does lead delivery work?
When an employer submits a contact request on your profile, you receive an immediate email (and SMS on Professional+) with their name, company, employee count, and message. Professional and above also get leads from our matching engine — employers who search for your specialty and location.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract. Cancel from your dashboard at any time and your profile reverts to unclaimed status at the end of the billing period.
How do I verify my license?
We verify via your NPN (National Producer Number) against the NIPR database. Verification takes less than 60 seconds during the claim flow.
